my diet and exercise program
My regular diet usually consist of
warm lemon water in the morning
Louhan Breathing and Louhan Patting
Qigong Warmup Jeffrey Cuand
kesy neck and shoulders warm up
with portions of lee holden neck shoulders
wrist.
sitting tai chi warmups with hasta mudra
and jin shin jyutsu flows sign language warmups
shibashi qigong routine
vinyasa yoga makko-ho stretching
18 hands Louhan routine
standing tai chi routine
ksey five elements qi gong for beginners
yadi alamin gao clearing routine
reclining yoga fit/good morning/low back/
vata yoga/deep relaxation/reiki routine
walk/volleyball/table tennis
bananas, green tea, oranges usually my
after workout meal
I usually eat a good meal between 11-1p.m.
leafy greens, brown rice, fish,squash
plain yogurt with honey drk chocolate raisins
i like pot pies,chicken noodle soup, vegetarian
chili metamucil grapes red cherries blueberries
watermelon and other melons
