These exercises are strengthening the frame (body), increasing flexibility and resilience. Shaolin Yi Jin Jing is a method to develop strong and flexible muscles and tendons. It is therefore also called "Muscle and Tendon Change Classic". Six HEALING  SOUNDS FREE QI GONG EXERCISES


1. LIVER= wood- make sh sound like be quiet color green
scoop upward with arms then squat as if you are raising a barbell then push arms upwarward
and make sh sound.
2. HEART= fire- make the hee sound. Do lOUHAN 1 ON THE DOWNWARD SWING OF THE
ARMS PUSH BOTH ARMS TO THE SIDE AND MAKE HEE SOUND
3. STOMACH- earth- make the who sound. Scoop arms upward then push arms backward
making the who sound
4. LUNGS- metal-make the snake sound. Scoop upward with the arms then rotate both arms
outward and make the snake sound
5.KIDNEY-urinary tract. In prayer position squeeze knees and ankles together and make the foo
sound.
ALL THESEEXERCISES CAN BE PERFORMED 3-6-9 times.
